What I offer.

  • Prenatal & Postpartum Physical Therapy

Because I have so many tools, this work is flexible, and we will work together to design a treatment that meets your needs.

I offer pre-conception pelvic floor physical therapy and have trained with Tami Kent in Holistic Pelvic Care (TM) for specific pelvic floor pain, dysfunction, and energetic blocks.

With all of the transformation that has taken place with birth, this can be a very sensitive area. We will talk about your body’s readiness for postpartum activity and therapy if this is your area of interest.

You are postpartum forever, so if there is something lingering from a birth experience many years ago, this treatment is still appropriate for you.

  • Neuromotor Development & Infant Massage

Make sure your baby starts off on the right track with a watchful eye from an expert in development. Gain tools to help with positioning during feeding, positioning during play, and accessing the all-important tummy time! We will talk about your goals and create a plan together so you can stop googling, and simply enjoy your baby.

Do you want to learn how to massage your own baby? Let’s work on it! I will walk you through a neuro-developmentally appropriate way to approach massaging your infant at any stage of baby-hood.

Craniosacral therapy is a subtle assessment and treatment tool. This type of massage is very gentle and incorporated into most of my sessions with infants. It is intended to release fascial adhesions and promote parasympathetic activity.

Together, we will design a treatment session that makes sense for you and your baby.

  • Prenatal & Postpartum Yoga

I offer pre-conception, prenatal, and postpartum yoga for birthing bodies. I work with clients 1:1 or in small groups of friends!

We can work together to create more space for your baby with yoga before conception, prenatal yoga, and help your body heal postpartum.

You can book a yoga session on Zoom or in person in Portland, Oregon.

I also offer group yoga classes both online and in person throughout the year. Please contact me if you would like to put together a group class with your friends! (can be prenatal, postpartum, or unrelated to baby- I will modify for anyone)

  • Therapeutic Massage

When you are pregnant, it is hard to remember to perform your own self care. When you are postpartum, it is even harder.

Together, we will design a bodywork session that is right for you. I work with those who are trying to conceive, at any stage of pregnancy, and any stage postpartum.

Specialties I am trained in include:

    • Structural Integration

    • Craniosacral Therapy

    • Swedish/Deep Tissue

    • Myofascial Release

    • Trigger Point

  • Lactation Support

As an IBCLC (International Board Certified Lactation Consultant), my aim is to provide education and support for breastfeeding and chestfeeding families through pregnancy, breastfeeding initiation, and any complications that arise along the way.

Pumping: I am able to instruct parents of preterm or late preterm infants in establishing and maintaining a human milk supply through pumping. I also counsel employed breastfeeding parents regarding selection of a breast pump, maintaining milk supply, and breastmilk storage.
