The Beginners Guide to Meditation

Our brains are powerful.

We know this, and yet we let our bodies cravings to the talking most of the time.

Finding a consistent mindfulness practice will:

1. Fight weird food habits

2. Promote exercise

3. Dissolve stress

4. Make you a nicer person

Find 5 minutes in your day, every morning or every evening and put it on your calendar.

Set a timer:

• Sit or lay quietly.

• Listen to your breath.

• Notice thoughts coming in, and out.

• Allow the practice to be simple.

• Notice sensations in your body.

• Come back to your breath.

• Never judge your mind for wandering...
