  • Lactation consultation home visits in Portland, OR

    Lactation & Infant Feeding Support

As lactation consultants, our aim is to provide education and support for breastfeeding and chestfeeding families through pregnancy, breastfeeding initiation, and any complications that arise along the way.

We can also support your pumping set up, return to work plan, as well as bottle feeding and bottle refusal strategies.

Our team has extensive experience treating babies with oral ties, birth trauma, and sensory sensitivity.

  • Pelvic floor physical therapy in Portland, OR

    Postpartum Pelvic Floor Therapy

With the transformation that comes with birth, your body will feel sensitive, different, and new - especially when it comes to physical activity.

Together, we will assess your readiness for postpartum exercise and create a tailored physical activity plan if that aligns with your goals.

You are postpartum forever, so if there is something lingering from a birth experience many years ago, this treatment is still appropriate for you.

  • Physical therapy for infant development in Portland, OR

Physical therapy for Infant Neuromotor Development

Make sure your baby starts off on the right track with a watchful eye from an expert in development. Gain tools to help with positioning during feeding, positioning during play, and accessing the all-important tummy time! We will talk about your goals and create a plan together so you can stop googling, and simply enjoy your baby.

Together, we will design a treatment session that makes sense for you and your baby.

  • Infant & Parent Craniosacral Therapy (CST)

Craniosacral therapy (CST) is a subtle assessment and treatment tool. It is intended to release fascial adhesions, promote parasympathetic activity and offer nervous system regulation in both the baby and parent.

Appointments may be booked for you, your baby, or both in the same session.

    Postpartum Yoga Classes

Our postpartum yoga classes help you reconnect with your body, restore core and pelvic floor strength, and relieve all that shoulder and neck tension from feeding and baby care. With gentle, effective movements designed for the postpartum period, we focus on safely rebuilding stability, supporting recovery, and finding moments of deep rest.

This class is open to all postpartum parents—whether you’re newly postpartum or months (or years) into parenthood! We recommend waiting at least 4 weeks postpartum but you know your body best, and classes are tailored to the needs in the room.

Don't feel obligated to bring a baby to this class, but know that babes in arms are welcome and we will do everything we can to make the experience comfortable for you and your baby.

    Beyond Birth

    6-months of support.

This is not just about your baby. It’s about your recovery too. Learn with a group of other new parents about sleep, feeding your baby, development, and everything you need to know about your baby.

On top of that, your body, your recovery, and your goals will be acknowledged… AND you will be held accountable for what you say you want out of your recovery.

    Let’s do this, together.
