Prenatal Yoga Classes

Our prenatal yoga classes are designed to support your changing body, build strength for birth, and offer community. Led by experienced instructors with backgrounds ranging from pelvic floor to yoga therapy, each class focuses on safe, functional movement, breathwork, and positions that help ease common pregnancy discomforts. You'll also connect with a supportive community of parents preparing for birth.

Postpartum “Bring Your Baby” Yoga Classes

Join us at New Mom School in Lake Oswego for yoga

Our postpartum yoga classes help you reconnect with your body, restore core and pelvic floor strength, and relieve all that shoulder and neck tension from feeding and baby care. With gentle, effective movements designed for the postpartum period, we focus on safely rebuilding stability, supporting recovery, and finding moments of deep rest.

This class is open to all postpartum parents—whether you’re newly postpartum or months (or years) into parenthood! We recommend waiting at least 4 weeks postpartum but you know your body best, and classes are tailored to the needs in the room.

Don't feel obligated to bring a baby to this class, but know that babes in arms are welcome and we will do everything we can to make the experience comfortable for you and your baby.
