Pelvic Floor Physical Therapy
We provide home visits for pre-conception pelvic floor physical therapy, specializing in addressing pelvic pain, leakage and other dysfunction, and energetic blocks. Our pelvic floor training includes Herman & Wallace as well as Tami Kent’s Holistic Pelvic Care™ for comprehensive and compassionate care.

Yoga
We offer prenatal yoga for birthing bodies. Working with clients 1:1 or in small groups.
You can book a yoga session on Zoom or in person in Portland, Oregon.

Craniosacral Therapy (CST)
Craniosacral therapy (CST) is a subtle assessment and treatment tool. It is intended to release fascial adhesions, promote parasympathetic activity and offer nervous system regulation.
CST appointments are completed at our office location in NE Portland (Laurelhurst neighborhood).
Home visits available upon request.

Beyond Birth: High Risk Pregnancy Class
Comprehensive support for high-risk pregnancy, featuring weekly support groups, and expert guidance on body changes, birth, postpartum recovery, and breastfeeding. Plus, hours of meditations and yoga classes appropriate for every stage of pregnancy and postpartum.
Follow up appointments, packages & gift cards
Book a follow up
Current patients and families are able to book their follow up appointments with their preferred practitioner or anyone on staff if they’re looking to diversify their care. Any current family may book PT or OT even if they started off with lactation care, and vice versa!
Packages
We offer pre-paid package appointments that can be redeemed for any appointment type, at any time. Sold in groups of 6 or 12, a discount applies, bringing down the per-appointment cost.
