Take a deep breath before you get out of bed (maybe even smile)
Stretch for 5 minutes in whatever way feels amazing
Have a ritual beverage!
What do I mean by ritual beverage!? Basically anything with multiple ingredients that is warm that will help to get your day started.
Protein-rich Coffee
Decaf or regular coffee blended with
Butter
MCT oil
Egg yolk
Protein powder
Turmeric Tea
1 tsp turmeric
2 tsp lemon juice
1/8 tsp cayenne pepper
Small piece of fresh ginger
